First Games Inducted Into The Video Game Hall Of Fame

On Thursday, the new Video Game Hall of Fame, held in New York at the Strong National Museum of Play, chose its first inductees. The six games chosen were Super Mario Bros., Pong, Pac-Man, Doom, World of Warcraft and Tetris. The list was narrowed down from a choice of 15 and while the likes of Space Invaders and Pokémon were missed out, it’s likely they’ll be inducted next year according to the museum.
